Newbuilding

We provide complete newbuilding solutions from hull construction to block assembly. With an annual steel processing capacity of 60,000 tons and experienced teams, we deliver durable and precise steel structures for various vessel types.

Ship Repair & Maintenance

Comprehensive repair and maintenance services including steel replacement, mechanical repairs, blasting, painting, and system upgrades. Our slipways and crane systems allow us to serve a wide range of vessels efficiently.

Outfitting & Equipment Installation

Our 250-meter outfitting quay, modern infrastructure, and heavy-lift capabilities enable the installation of electrical systems, piping, accommodation units, and deck equipment for both newbuild and repair projects.

CNC Cutting & Plate Preparation

We operate two high-precision CNC cutting benches (2.5m x 20m and 6.5m x 24.5m) for accurate and cost-efficient plate cutting, significantly reducing project lead times and material loss.

⁠Heavy Lifting & Block Assembly

With multiple gantry and portal cranes ranging from 10 to 180 tons, and a 150-ton block transporter, we offer efficient handling and positioning of large structural blocks and machinery components.

⁠Dry Docking Services

We offer complete dry docking services for a wide range of vessels. Our skilled teams handle hull maintenance, steel renewal, mechanical repairs, blasting, painting, and underwater inspections with precision and efficiency. With secure slipways and heavy lifting capacity, we ensure safe and timely docking operations.

We provide secure short-term and long-term laid-up solutions for vessels temporarily out of service. Our shipyard offers safe mooring, basic maintenance, periodic inspections, and system preservation, ensuring vessels are ready for reactivation when needed.

We provide safe and reliable mooring services for vessels of various sizes at our outfitting quay and alongside berthing areas. Our experienced mooring team ensures secure vessel positioning during repair, outfitting, or laid-up periods. Shore power and technical support are also available upon request.

Hull Cleaning & Underwater Inspection

We offer in-water hull cleaning, propeller polishing, and diver-assisted inspections for vessels that require maintenance without dry docking. These services help improve fuel efficiency and extend the time between dockings.

Painting & Coating Systems

Our surface treatment team provides blasting, primer and topcoat application, antifouling solutions, and interior tank coatings. All works are carried out using high-quality industrial paint systems in accordance with class and owner specifications.
